EthiopiaAshebir Woldegiorgis Gayo has sat in the Pan-African Parliament since 2011, when he was sworn in with the Ethiopian delegation, and is a member of the House of Peoples’ Representatives of Ethiopia. He served as Second Vice-President of the Parliament before the Seventh Legislature, and was elected First Vice-President for the Eastern region on 30 April 2026.
